9/2013 finished chemo -cancer free again
1/2014 ct scan results....distant mets
2/2014 ct result...spread to liver, kidneys, and lymph...

After reading about Dr Lamm's suggestions about taking Oncovite, and not wanting to take an extra vitamin loaded with vitamin A, I try to eat a least 2 cups of broccoli a week, and also eat as many fresh fruits and vegetables with a vitamin A punch. cantaloupe, sweet potatoes, carrots etc. any orange or yellow veg.
I guess I just try to eat healthy. But I have to confess, I do like desserts, I just try to have small portions........not always successful, but fun :laugh:

Has anyone heard of a good diet for prevent recurrence of bladder cancer? So far I've heard--reduce sugar and dairy, increase veggies.
