I have no idea why I scheduled an appointment for my 6 month checkup on Friday the 13th. But I did!
ALL CLEAR!!!!!!
You know that little crazy man inside that get's you all worked up. He was churning up a storm last night..................Today, he's nowhere in sight.
There is one issue he brought up. Vitamin B12. now that my body no longer can take in B12 from food. I have to watch that level and have nasal spray every month to get it back in my system. This applies to all of us as the intestine is no longer there to process B12. And the lack of B12 will eventually affect the nervous system.
So there you have it! 3 1/2 years cancer free! In 6 months I have my last 6 month checkup. Dr. says we can push through to a yearly checkup if I am a good boy, eat my veggies, don't pee any blood, and evacuate completely 
The things you gotta do to stay away from Dr.s
