great news George, time to celebrate.
Your right about the vit b12 , important to keep a close eye on the levels as low B 12 can lead to increased confusion, and if your like me you certainly don't need any help in that area. My area of practice specialises in treating patients with dementia ,the first check I carry out on the patients is to assess their B12 levels to rule out as a possible cause for their confused state
