PROSED - Medication for BCG burning

I've been running to the toilet to void about every 5 minutes. I smell like bleach and am getting a headache. The last void gave me a chill, and the one before that there was a big bloody clot in the toilet that scared me to death.

I got my 2nd of 3 BCG's today, 1/3 dosage.

I told the doc about the wicked burning and bleeding last week.  He said that my urine was absolutely clear this week and we would go ahead.  He requested the nurse to give me some PROSED to help with the burning.  He said it was a "numbing" medication.  I've had my first void and not bad at all.

This is what the packing says...

'PROSED-DS The unique combination...relieves pain, burning, and spasm associated with UTI's, diagnostic procedures, and inflammation."

It really helps to communicate well with your doctor.
