I go easier on the BBQ sauce since it seems to irritate. No real changes but I can't stuff myself anymore like I used to and boy I really miss that too.

I haven't changed my diet at all. I eat everything I used to eat and drink everything I used to drink.

We did have a similar thread maybe a year+ ago. Was curious what everyone has added, changed or continued.

I know when I was DX'd 2 years ago I quit any alcohol (mostly beer some wine)-my theory was if it irritatesthe liver and other organs it makes it easier for something to go wrong. Gave up carbonated drinks-theory of if coke shines a dirty penny what do these kind of drinks do to our stomach and bladder? I am certain the real message is everything in moderation. Just figured I would not miss these-Dr. Pepper no longer even looks good.

Added more fruits and veggies to my diet. Drinking 3/4 ounces of pomegranate juice a day as it is extremely high in anti-oxidants.
What has everyone else added or changed?

DX 5/6/2008 TAG3 papillary tumor .5 CM in size. 2 TURBS followed by 6 instillations of BCG weekly with a second round of 6 after a 6 week wait.
