It is no longer possible to ejaculate after the RC although reaching a climax is the same although shooting blanks so to speak....

I am sure someone here can explain the technical reason for this..

Ensuring my bladder is empty would be a good preparation and luckilly I can do that with ought having to cath.

The condom would be a good choice to see if I do have any leakage and to continue the use if so.

You could try cathing yourself to drain your bladder as much as possible before sex.
This would reduce, or eliminate the risk of urine transfers.

I would also suggest suing a condom, to eliminate the bacterial risks.
