cheers matey - you too!

and please feel free to post your experiences. someone is bound to find them useful. the product I used was called "Caverject". Have you tried any of the other products like Cialis, Levitra or Viagra? Ive found Cialis quite useful but nothing has been as good as the injection.

PS hope I didn't sound too flippant about the injection. it is a scary proposition. but, in my humble opinion, self cathing was worse. and you don't get to have sex at the end!

Hello Tim,

Thanks for your message and your info...much appreciated.

It is just first time nerves I guess..good to hear that it gave a good reaction. I had a meeting with my Urologist who explained what I had to do and precations to follow.

Just the needle thing...however if I can learn to self cath I can learn to inject right!! lol

Once I collect the goods I will update on experience lol

Have a great day,

Leigh

Pretty normal to be scared. But the injection I found is not as bad as it sounds. the clues is in the name intracavernous - you are injecting into a spongy area which is largely cavity ready to be filled with blood. the drugs you are injecting encorage blood flow to these areas. it's not painful just weird. Easy and relatively safe though it is, I really believe you should be doing at least the first one under medical supervision. particularly in view of your trepidation. has this been offered? If not you should ask. the instructions that come with the drugs are pretty comprehensive.

On the plus side, I attained the erectile powers of a seventeen year old even when I had the early flacidity that you are experiencing. it definitely does the business. Also, I noticed that it helped in enabling me to get erections without the drugs as the stimulation it provided seemed to last for weeks. I don't mean I got an erection for weeks just that it seemed to make the bloodflow easier for a while. You may find if you start using it that eventually you'll be able to get an erection normally again. waken the beast so to speak! I hope so. Im also sure that when you've done the first one or two you'll be fine. I just pushed mine stright in - like removing a plaster, try not to linger. just find the target and plunge avoiding any obvious veins and in the areas specified on the pack.

best of luck mate

Hi Leigh,

I think this has been covered before, you could try the search function. It's a holiday in the US so it may be a bit slow, but there are guys here who've discussed it in the past, so I'm hoping you'll get some input.

Hello Forum,

The nerve sparing techniques during my cystectomy last September were unable to be performed because of the location of the cancer on my bladder.

I am now totally impotent and unable to get an erection naturally.

I have now been prescribed Moxisylyte for intracavernous injection and I was wondering if any fellow forum members with this problem have first hand experience with injections to gain an erection.

I have the prescription for the items required but for some reason hesitant about collecting them, just scared I guess....lol

My Urologist advised to use 0.3cc for the first injection to see how I react. And that I should visit the ER for any painful erection lasting up to 4 hours!!

Any information with your experiences would be great.

Regards
Leigh
