WOOOO HOOOO
Way to go George!!!

The good reports coming from the other members of the forum, keeps my spirits up for my next appt. (had to schedule the CT, chest Xray, blood work yesterday, did not want to face that:()

20 miles north of me they still have enough snow for skiing and snomobiling - and they can keep it!

Congrats to all with good reports!

Oh George... that is FANTASTIC news! You know we've all been waiting to hear from you and wondered what was taking you so long! (What... you don't have a computer in the car???) I guess we're not a patient group.

Gotta love a doctor with a good sense of humor. So glad the projected snow was a bust. No one needs bad weather on top of jumpy nerves on the way to our "appointments".

Hope that guy's theory is right about his continuation of smoking pot as a treatment plan. I wouldn't try it, but hey, that's HIS world.

Congrats to both you and your wife on having such a great day to celebrate!

Best wishes... Catherine

Well that's some April Fools good news. You made me nervous when you didn't post last night! BUT--I was hoping you were off celebrating the good news and that turned out to be exactly it.

Congrats to you and your wife! I can't imagine any of us, no matter how positive we are, not being at least a little nervous at the checkpoints...

Can we get a Woo Hoo? :woohoo: :silly: :woohoo:

And the word is........ "George, What are you worrying about? You are the model patient. I make you come in First thing so I can start my day off with good news!" Dr Mian

So, here I am. Feeling relieved and a little embarassed about letting you all know I was a little nervous.

BUT! WHAT THE HECK! I Love having my frinds around when I get GOOD NEWS! WHOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO!!! :lol

On a serious note (NOT REALLY) I met a fellow in the waiting room who said he got bladder cancer from smoking pot for 45 years! He is also convinced that continued use will see him through the recovery.

"If you remember the Sixties, man, you weren't there!"

Thank you all for your support. My wife and I are constantly amazed by the kind of support we get from people we have never met. And yet, are so close. Thanks

Oh by the way. As a celebration, we went to the Fresh Market Grocery store and had fresh sushi, stilton cheese, smoked salmon and a Klondike bar! If this gives you any idea into the George Mindset.... you could be right.

George

As for the SNOW Forcast..... I think the weatherman pulled an April Fools Joke on us. As of midnight Thursday we were supposed to get 8-10 inches of heavy snow. When we woke up on April 1st......1/2 inch!
Even the weatherman said "April Fools!" But in a Good Way!

Thanks to ALL of you for your support.... I Love you all! :) :)
