Fourteen months ago i was scared to death over having neo surgery. What would life be like after neo-bladder surgery? Total
life change, incontinence, the end of sex, etc. I knew these were all possibilities, but so was dying from cancer. So i decided to go ahead and have the surgery. The result has been amazing to me.
I have just returned from ten days in Hawaii! I done everything that i did the last time we were there. I have almost no negative effects from the surgery at this time and i hope that will continue. For all those new readers to this site, i want to say that the result i have had from neo-bladder surgery is my result
only. Not everyone has as good a outcome as i have. Please do your home work if you are thinking about having the same surgery.
I just wanted to say i have once again been very lucky and so far have had a very good outcome. Another blessing alone the way was finding this site and receiving the help and support it has provided. Yes a few weeks ago on this site we talked about winning the lottery and i could still use a few million, but I have been very lucky.
If Cynthia or Pat happen to read this post, I would like to say the doctor that did my surgery here in Salem Oregon, was Dr. Cost. He has since moved to Portland. He may be someone you want to keep an eye on in this area. Just a thought.
