A Moderator must review the first Forum post of any new User. Any post that violates the Organization's Terms of Use, including:
> Endorsement of commercial products
> Clinical Trial Participant solicitation
will be deleted. Our Moderators work diligently to ensure that only Forum posts made in accordance with the Organization's Terms of Use appear. However, since many of the posts that violate the Organization's Terms of Use are made during the hours when Moderators are not available, the delay was added to prevent inappropriate posts from appearing.
