I doubt 1 or 2 cups will have much bearing on your urinary tract. If there is one thing I have learned it is this truism: "Everything in moderation, nothing to excess". Plus, "one day at a time"? Cliches? Yup, but very true.
One the subject of drinks trying to be healthier. I quit all carbonated drinks 16 years ago when I was diagnosed. Did these cause by bladder cancer? I doubt it. However, they can and do irritate plus all of that sugar. I quit them and have never missed them ( i might have a soda over ice cream a few times....ya gotta live it up once in a awhile.). i simply wanted to tell my mind I am doing something to be proactive.
