I know this can't be a "new topic" but I can't find a specific forum? Is there one? I am retired Air Force, 3 tours in Viet Nam and several "ins and outs" TDY etc. Retired in 1981 and they are just now finding I have Stage 2, high grade bladder cancer. In going through the screening process at my local Urologist office and at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, the same questions keep popping up, how long have you smoked (never), how much alcohol do you consume (maybe a beer a month) etc. I have a letter from the VA that states "determined to be a Vietnam-era herbicide exposed Veteran". I have filed a claim (knowing full well that this had not been approved as a presumptive disability, but has been identified as one of four that should be) and the VA keeps asking for more more more. So where is everybody in this process?
Thanks and look forward to engaging others in the same situation.
