Could be benign tumors also. Go to a urologist. Can't imagine why your doctor hasn't already sent you to one.
Call your doctor, insist on a referral to a urologist.
He/she should do a cystoscopic exam (look in there) to see if anything can be seen.
Until he/she determines you have cancer, you don't. Let's not get ahead of ourselves right yet.
HOWEVER, the symptoms are worthy of concern and you should be seen by a urologist post haste! That means like this week!
Let us know what the urologist says.
