Ive had pain on urination a month after a TURBT. Even longer occasionally. If you're concerned then do seek medical advice but I don't think your timescale sounds outrageous in my experience. The recovery rate from this invasive procedure is hugely variable. Once I was told, after having a bladder neck tumour removed, to brace myself as this was a particualrly "spicy" location to have one removed from. I panic-bought gallons of cranberry juice and pain meds. It turned out to be a total damp squib and was the easiest TURBT I ever experienced. On another occasion I had a tiny tumour resected that the surgeon described as barely worth removing. The after effects of sharp urine infections, digging my toes into the concrete when I peed, seemed to last for months. Maybe it's the skill of the surgeon. Maybe they let the students "have a go" when you're under (they've got to start somewhere I guess!). In any case, in my broad experience, though you can safely say that a big tumour should give you more grief, it's still partly a lottery. Hang in there.
