It has already been a year since I became a non-smoker. I never thought it could happen quite frankly but I can tell you there is a HUGE difference between being a non-smoker and being a smoker trying not to smoke.
Did the patches, the cold turkey, the chantix, the gum, the hypnosis, etc. Finally, one day just made the decision and never looked back.
Not sure, but I think the hypnosis MAY (maybe not) have helped but it was a two year delay before my brain finally decided I was a non-smoker.
Good luck to anyone who makes the change....
