leaking day and night but happy!

Thought there was only one type of neobladder?
I never got 400-500cc output until I drank 5-24oz bottles of water per day
2-between 10am-12pm and then rest between 1pm-7pm. Then my output increased this is only water not counting my 16oz. of coffee,16oz.cranberry and alcohol (2-martini's a day).

Thats quite a capacity there jeff. I'm 5 months down the line with my neo and I'd say my absoloute max is 400. what type of neobladder did you get?

Update on leaking.
The last 7 days no more leaking getting up from a chair. No more going to the bathroom every 10-15 mins after drinking. I'm expanding the bladder to hold 450-500 cc. Not in control on holding it for longer than 1 hour before having to pee be glad when I can hold it for at least 2-3 hrs.

I was told pretty early about stretching but I'd follow your own docs regimen. also, someone suggested to me keeping a diary. it does sometimes feel like you aren't making any progress and it's only by looking at the last couple of weeks or even months that it can be seen. I haven't done it yet (!) but it's a great idea!

For 5 months your doing great.

Seems everyday now is either one step forward or one backwards.
My night time went WET on me the last two nights I'm not wakeing up like before.
So I'll need to set alarm clock.

Kegals, Yes I went to your link and found it very interesting.
I been doing them but, not like they want me to. Sorta hard for me to find the spot without my legs and butt moving. When I go back to the doc. in 2 weeks I'll ask about this.

Stretching the neobladder, no he didn't talk about that yet.
I have noticed if I drink while sitting I can hold it longer.

He has me logging the volumes of fluid going in and out. Guess he'll tell me the stretching in two weeks as the next appointment will be the 3 month checkup.
