I was diagnosed T2N0MO and had the bladder sparing route. The grade was 2 i belive, i would have to check. Mine had not yet breached the wall and all other tests came back neg, I have been cancer free for a year now, And my last Cat Scan and xrays and scope have been negative. You always have to be confident in your deversion choice. If the neo is what he wants go for it, if he gets the pouch , it is not so bad, my husband has it and he is 67. We have no limitations, after emotionally you except what is now in your life you just seem to go with the flow...(good choice of words? yes) DON'T BE AFRAID, IT WILL ALL WORK OUT FINE.....Ginger
