As someone who also had non-invasive CIS I can relate to your anxieties! First, the odds are that you will be clear.
Can't help worrying, I know...I still worry and I am now almost 9 years out and on yearly checks. Am fine most of the time UNTIL that exam time starts rolling around.
As Alan said, assuming you are clear, most urologists would start you on three-month maintenance BCG treatments. These have been shown to increase the effectiveness of BCG PARTICULARLY with CIS. Hope this is what your
uro does. And, also as Alan mentioned, if it is still there another course of BCG (6) is sometimes used and if it persists there are other options, such as BCG with interferon.
