Thanks for your reply. I've seen some studies on Pubmed but "in vitro". I'll stick with pomegranate juice - the powder would make me wonder how they're extracting it, what chemicals? I figure that the juice can't hurt.

On the other hand, respected bladder cancer experts have long extolled the general benefits of fruits, vegetables and juices high in nourishing properties such as anti- oxidants.
Good nutrition can only help, but there are potential drug interactions with pomegranate juice. Check with your doctor.
