Others may have a different experience than what I am adding. For low grade it is mostly "waiting and watching" as you and you doc have done. I am guessing he didn't do maintenance to hold as a back up in case it comes back again. The good part is low grade. I am not aware of any new protocol. Here's hoping it is gone for you.
DX 5/6/2008 TAG3 papillary tumor .5 CM in size. 2 TURBS followed by 6 instillations of BCG weekly with a second round of 6 after a 6 week wait.
I am 3.5 years cancer free and hoping for another good report in December. As usual the closer the date for my appointment the more I start to stress about it. Is there anything new in low grade BC treatment other than TURP and BCG? I take a few supplements recommended to me and try and eat healthy but I'm always looking to improve my odds at beating the cancer.
