James, I would suggest that you call the Coloplast company consumers’ telephone line. I have been told that the manufacturer/sales people can be very helpful.

Hello,

My wife is 29 days out from RC. We have used the post-op ostomy pouch SanSura 19020 bags we had left over from the hospital stay. However we were changing out bag yesterday to the Coloplast Xpro urostomy pouch Sensura 11809. We were going to connect it to the night bag BARD anti-reflux chamber PK7641835.

We noticed that even with the little attachment that came with the ostomy bags that it is very difficult to slip over the night bag connection. The diameter is too small on the urostomy bag connector. We did not have this issue on the post op bags which had a larger diameter connection.

Thoughts on what we may be doing wrong?

Thanks,

James
