My husband and I play in a big band, and I LOVE that music, and would love to dance to it, but he enjoys playing instead of dancing. I kind of dance in the back row around my upright bass.

" Because I was worried about interferring with my husband's space in the house."

Uuuuh....Rosie......your husbands space in the house? Have you no space of your own?

Stephany, losing weight and firming up by dancing has always worked for me. So why did it take me so long to do that as my daily routine? A duh! Because I was worried about interferring with my husband's space in the house. I started doing it when he walked the dog. He now wants me to find some dance clubs so we can go out dancing togehter. Fun. Rosie

I LOVE that idea...dancin' to the oldies! I remember when my husband and I took a square dance class....I lost 25 pounds, without even trying.

And I used to wear only Birkenstocks, because they helped my feet and back. Then, I bit the bullet, so to speak, and tried Crocs, and never went back. They're SO light.

I tried getting one of those Latin dance exercise DVD's, but those ladies did something with their bodies that I could only dream of, without hurting myself.

Sirius sounds much better.

That seems to be a problem with this new incarnation of the forum.

What you can do is manually insert [qquote] and [/qquote] around what you want to quote.
I purposely misspelled "quote" because they wouldn't show up if I didn't.

So to quote something:

[qquote] just fix the spelling of the word "quote" between the parenthesis and "cut and paste" what you want right here[/qqote]

Now I would like instructions on another exercise. Tell me how to get the quotes from someone's post in the grey box. I see where it says insert quote but when before, after. I can't figure it out. :'(
