I changed urologists. Had a Cystoscopy with an anesthetic for the first time. No pain or discomfort with the new Uro. First one just rammed the cystoscope in! Ouch!
I'm also starting BCG next week for 6 weeks. I go on Thursdays at the end of the day and wonder what I'll feel like on Fridays? I work full time and have basically used up my sick time with the Turbt and other issues not related to BC. I will need to schedule a biopsy Cystoscopy in the hospital after BCG is done as well. What do others do about work?
By the way I am a 58 year young woman diagnosed 2 years ago. I've been told that BCG is easier for women. Is that true?
