Here's hoping your report after the 16th continues to bring us positive news.

Thank you all for your support. I think I'm going on 7 years now with recurrence every 9 months on the average until 2 years ago. I stayed cancer free for that 2 years. So I guess I've been pretty lucky, their are a lot more people on here that are worse off than I am. So my best wishes and prayers go out to every one. ;) :) :cheer: :silly:

Doc. Here's praying it's nothing! One thing I've learned, we always worry till we know for sure. We just can't help it! I also know we just keep doing what we have to do to stay alive.

Prayers are with you, Dieseldoc, that it will be a UTI and nothing more...

Sorry to read that.

Me, I'm 4+ years post-diagnosis (G3T4M1 - 'you've only got weeks, go home and make preparations'). BC is notorious for high recurrence (but hope, like others, that your scare is just UTI).

I believe that to improve my chances of living longer I need to be ever-vigilant, checking me lifestyle for maximum healthiness - which I think is enabling me to damp down the occasional recurrences (see my blog: bladdercancerfight.blogspot.com/ and especially the page of advice for improving longevity: bladdercancerfight.blogspot.com/2011/06/extending-survival-time-in-cancer.html)

Good luck, Ian

It is not bladder cancer unless the pathology report says so. I hope it's nothing.
