2 year follow up - All clear

Sorry to be late to the CONGRATS party. I love when good news is passed around. Kind of like a virus... only something you WANT to get.

I am 8 days from my 2 year anniversary. I am 6 weeks from my urology/oncology appointment. Optomistic but realistic.

Congrats, I go for my 2 year follow up tomorrow. There is something about two years that seems to be a landmark. I am nervous but hopeful.

Lee, I still have my bladder and was originally dx 11/07 with low grade TA, most likely a reoccurrence 05/08 of focal cis. Nothing since. DR wanted to see what was going on outside my bladder.

MRI or CT, Joey. I thought we all get CT scans with contrast for our checkups and the results are available within a couple of hours or sooner with the written report. My ct scan covers from my lungs down to the intestines and neo. The only time I had an MRI was when my general phys wanted to check the ureters kidney to make sure there was nothing blocking there that would contribute to my high blood pressure. On that one I got a call the next day from him telling me it was ok. Ultimate diagnosis, eat less and exercise

Lee my uro had me undergo a MRI yesterday. I am waiting for results. When I asked if he was concerned he said no and that he could only see in the bladder and wanted to see what was happening outside. Naturally I am a wreck waiting for the results.

Welcome to the 2 yr club! I see my uro every 6 months and do a CT scan once a year now
