I did the "Ask Dr. Lamm" on his website a while back asking about effectiveness of the lower doses because I had seen a statement to the effect of "lower stregth doses do not show reduced efficacy" or something along that line.
My question to him was "Why don't the protocols get changed to the lower strength doses since it would reduce the drop out rate due to side effects".
His response was basically funding. What they have now works so there isn't research money to do studies on lower dose protocols to try find the optimal strength.
