Hi Everyone,
Brief history, 11/06 diag. with BC Ta - TURB and 6 wkds BCG. Three clean cystos - DISH neg - forth showed velvety red and diag Ta CIS 10/07. Dr said BCG is more effective with CIS so had Intro (6 wks) BCG. A lot more reaction this time - bladder spasams, a little bleeding, low fever - once, urine urgency and just general overall blah! Had cysto last week - negitive! - Dr said my bladder really reacted to BCG - entire walls were inflamed - he took 9 biopsys to be sure - all negitive. So now I have three months to push this back in my mind and get ready for the next stressful cysto. If all clear I will have 3 wks of maintenance BCG. I know (if I am lucky) BC is always there with the fear of the next cysto - it is just learning to live your life with BC and not let it take over ALL your thoughts and lives.
