I've got the outside bag, and yes, my right side with the stoma is slightly larger. I'm 49.

In my husbands case yes it is a little larger, just noticeably so, I just ignore it as he is use to being a 33 waist at all times. Anything not to make him feel IRREGULAR.. not to worry,,,remember there is a stoma there and it goes across the belly....take care , lovingly, Ginger

Is it normal for the side of the abdomen/stomach that has the outside bag to be a little larger the other side? It isn't swollen or enormously larger but just noticeably so.
