Dear Karen,

I am sorry to hear that the results of the scan's were not more positive.

I wish your family all the very best during this time and many more days of cuddling up and munchies.

Best Wishes

Karen,
I was sad to hear the bad news, but glad to hear the way your handling things.
We have come a long way together since July, isn't it amazing what has taken place in our lives. Who would ever had thought it would be what we all have been through, especially you!!! You are an inspiration to other caregivers!! Ginger

(I have been missing on the forum for a few days, my brother-in-law died in intensive care Sunday morning, he was 69, so my caregiving goes on to my sister who is in need of whatever I can do for her. Its odd, he had a stroke, got the flu in the hospital, and sepsis, pneumonia, he was 6'4 and 240, just thought he would be strong enough to beat it, but couldn't.)

Hi Karen,
It is amazing to hear your positive outlook and you are so right "everyday together is a good day". It must be tough sometimes, though. I remember that although we knew the prognosis was bad, there was always some hope, and then to hear bad news was and is difficult.
I have followed your posts, as I try to follow all posts, and I am just in awe how you manage it all.
I wish you and your husband strength in this most difficult time.
Take good care of your husband, the little ones and especially yourself.
Hugs, Renee
