Thanks for all of your wonderful comments. And thanks for all the valuable knowledge I’ve gained from the members of this forum. I have to do some research on the medications I’m taking and hope to get schedule my flight physical soon and maybe get back in the air.

I think we can all relate to that moving story. I found myself remembering the Same feelings as I was recovering. And THEN.... IT Happened! Life Just kind of took over and Good things just kinda happened!

I really like the Christmas Party at the old job part. It must have taken some guts to show up! But, who would have known they'd offer your job ? Cool

Thanks for the story. It let's all of us know that Attitude is Soooooo important. And it happens JUST like THAT! You wake up one morning and WHAM! Life Changes and Good things happen.

My Wife, Audrey, is a Firm Believer in Fate. She Donates our last bankroll and I'm afraid of falling behind.... and then because of her positive outlook...... something positive comes out of it! She believes her fate is the return of the positive feelings she puts out there. Let's hope there is something to it. It seemed to work for you.

Thanks!

George

While I've not been through anything like what you have, I found what you've written to be both moving and inspirational. I think others will as well.

Best wishes for you in your "new life" after bladder cancer.
