Adhesions post surgery

Hi Sarah,

Don't expect it to happen, but there is always a small chance of this type of complication post-op. Sometime further surgery is needed to open strictures or adhesions. If you had one, you would know as it causes considerable abdominal pain and discomfort.

Anything like that and head straight to the E.R.

Just wondering if anyone has has any problems with adhesions post RC? If so, what sort of symptoms to expect? I have a tendency to form them (have done so after previous abdominal surgery) and haven't had an opportunity to ask any of the medical team whether this is likely
