Hi sorry this took so long. I found for my nausea it was all about consistency. I always kept a little on ly stomach, i never let it be empty. I carried oyster crackers and ate several small meals a day making sure I got plenty of protein. As for the nausea meds I started taking them just prior to going to chemo so that it was in my system. If I waited until I was nauseas it was harder to completely control. I hope this helps. If you have any questions I will see it if you post here now that I have answered you. Please let me know how you are doing.

I received my first dense dose of MVAC yesterday and all went well I guess I went back today for a shot of naulasta to help cell reproduction. I've been taking anti nausea meds as directed but get waves now and then of nausea they come and go I eat some hard pretzel pieces salt removed it seems to help. I was looking for ideas that may help with this. I was getting hiccups to but a friend said to take deep breathes thru the nose and it worked.
