Cindy,

Thank you and if you need to ask me anything else, not that I will always have an answer, please let me know. There is alot of kind people here to listen and help answer our questions. I'm finding out more here than from my Doctor.

God bless, Take care and have a lovely weekend!

Cindy,

I was diagnosed April 24th and surgery on May 2nd for tumor removal and mytomicin. Followed by the 2nd surgery June 6th. My 1st bcg was July 31st. As you can tellI my bladder was giving fits. I have been told the same as you. Also how important it is to keep appointments and have the treatments. Hope this helps.

Cindy,

I understand that pain all to well. In fact I was unable start Bcg until 7 weeks after the 2nd surgery. My Doctor said my bladder was not ready and had not healed yet. So we waited on the bcg and he increased my Enablex and added another med called Myrbetrig. It did take a little while to start working. I Hope this helps.

Carol,

Your situation sounds a lot like mine. How many years apart were your surgeries? Mine were 3 1/2 years. Until it came back, I didn't know it could. Now I'm told my chances of it coming back again are high. BCG is supposed to prolong the reoccurrence. Have you been told the same?
