My GP has been with us forever. Took care of our kids and delivered all our grandkids. He was freaking out about the results because he thought it meant my cancer came back.

I saw him today for something else and we sorted it out. He wanted to just send it to my uro because he doesn't know anything about neobladders and I am his only patient ever with one.

All is cool now

Mike good news. I have not had a RC but several times over the past 4 years my cytology also comes back as atypical cells of unknown origin and my uro at Hopkins has said the same thing that was provided to you, no issues see you at your next follow up. I would then have a normal finding the next test.

I just got this email from my uro:

It's what I figured once I saw the darn report. Just makes me want whack the lab guy upside the head.
Also need to tell my GP not to withhold on me like that. If they would have just read it to me or faxed it in the first place things would have been peachy. Who needs this Disney movie of roller coaster emotion? Not me. :)
