Any news on Gracie?

Glad to hear your home,,, and all went well, Ginger

She and I talked before she made up her mind as I had the same surgery at the same place. I look forward to hearing more about how she is going.

Just so you know Gracie is home...extremely fatigued... i shall talk to her tomorrow.

Just heard from Gracies husband....she had her surgery and successful Indiana Pouch on Friday at UCSF. They gave her an epidural but apparently it was a bit high!!..back up the morphine pump. She's up walking and off the heavy stuff now and raring to go. No gas sounds yet but she's working on it. Surgeon said everything looked good...biopsys of the nodes not back yet. Husband said he was so glad that Gracie had this forum to prepare her.
If i hear more i'll let you know. Go Gracie!!
