I'm in the middle of writing something about kegels--I'll post it as soon as I'm finished.

H ::)i- I just opened that link Patricia- all the topics look like what we are looking for, but how do we get the answers? All I could get were 14 pages of topics. I am a little computer illiterate- Thanks, Lorrie

Kegels...and we've discussed them quite a bit.

Betsy,
I'm in the states.
I'm in Wisconsin.
I'm in Green Bay.
There were people living here 14 years after they landed on Plymouth Rock, in 1634.
I think those early french settlers were lost!javascript:void(0).

I self-cath only twice, as I can empty my bladder well enough during the day.

I am English in ancestry, with the family coming from the Maltby area, near York.
Hence the last name.

Cathing is a simple procedure. It's not hard using clean procedures to reduce any infection from cathing.
I hope you can re-train your neobladder to reduce the cathing.

That's a good topic to research, for this website.
Is there some exercises to do, to encourage that function?

Thanks Besty, and nice meeting you.

Hi Betsy,

I am so glad to state for the record (LOL) that I have never self cathed even once! I sure hope it stays that way. Hats off to you - the attitude you have is incredible. Not sure I could be so pleasant in the same situation:)
God Bless, Holly
