That groin pull could be a cause, a UTI or it is even possible you have a hernia being the most likely source of your pain. I am glad you are getting a TURB to check out the status of a cauliflower type growth. Certainly advise your URO of your pain as he can address with his opinion. He may even suggest a CT Scan to make sure the rest of your urinary tract is clear. Keep posting as you go.

DX 5/6/2008 TAG3 papillary tumor .5 CM in size. 2 TURBS followed by 6 instillations of BCG weekly with a second round of 6 after a 6 week wait.

The urologist has seen a cauliflower-like growth as have I. He will do a procedure to remove it and get a biopsy. So I am not sure of my diagnostic status yet.

Symptoms are frequent urination, urination pain, left lower abdominal pain-infrequent, left lower back pain-infrequent, general feeling of lousiness when pain strikes, no fever.

I have had a cytoscopy but will have another procedure to do a biopsy and "scrape away" the cauliflower like growth.

I also have been diagnosed with a groin pull so that may be aggravated by exercise. Thank you for getting back to me.

Welcome. Usually activity as you have described do not elicit pain from bladder cancer. Have you had a cystoscopy or TURB to confirm a tumor?

Hi everybody, I am new here and was motivated to sign up for 2 reasons. 1) I seem to have mush worse symptoms when I am active, washing 20 windows on a step ladder one day and playing tennis for 10 minutes the next. 2) I cannot find any information on movement - pain by googling. So I thought maybe a forum where I can post questions would be helpful.
