Indiana Pouch or Ileal Conduit?

 I have to decide IP or IC by Friday. Interested to hear about long term issues with IP like metabolic issues, GI related issues,

Until another user responds directly, you can review the many past discussions on the subject of choosing a diversion- I found review other peoples discussions very helpful, perhaps you will also.

Click on SEARCH in the top menu bar, and use search terms such as "diversions" or "Indiana" or "Ileal" etc. No quote marks, one term at a time or in combination. You will find lots of helpful information. I have picked a choice, but have not gone there yet.

Have had bladder cancer twice in two years and now since it has gone to my urethra, recommendations are to remove bladder....I need to make a decision as to which option I would want to get...Indiana Pouch or Ileal Conduit....both are foreign to me and they both have their pros and cons.....any recommendations from people who have experience in either...thanks
