Sara, I'm sorry that you are here with us, but I'm glad that you found this forum. After my local pathologist provided her pathology report, I had my doctor send my slides to Johns Hopkins for a second opinion.
It's always good to have a second opinion to help ensure that the tumor is staged and graded correctly. Hopefully, Johns Hopkins diagnosis will agree with the local pathology report and then your doctor can give you a treatment plan. The treatment plan will depend on the grade and stage of the tumor, so it's very wise to make sure that the diagnosis is correct.
