So sorry to hear about these issues. At least the tests they are planning should give a clearer picture of what is going on.
Are you sure that the procedure you are having is a cystoscopy? Usually, general anesthesia is only used for a TURB (transurethral resection of the bladder) where samples are taken to be sent to a pathologist. This is the only way that a definitive diagnosis can be made.
Until you have the pathology report back (and it can take a few days)
you really can't know what is there, if anything. All I can advise is that you try not to worry about all the "what ifs" for now....easy for me to say, I know!
