Hi, I'm a 23 year old guy, new to the forum, but not diagnosed.
I just went to the doc for CT scan on my colon--came back fine, but they noticed what looked like a lesion on my bladder. Said it's just a couple millimeters and that, since he was a gastroenterologist rather than a urologist, he didn't know how to evaluate it. So I'm going to see a urologist next week. I don't have any symptoms of bladder cancer--no blood in the urine, I pee kind of a lot but I also drink a lot of water so it seems pretty normal. And I'm young. So it feels so impossible that I might have cancer, but then there's this damn lesion on the CT... I'm scared.
I know that I can't get real medical advice here, but I'm wondering based on your own experience and knowledge what you think the odds are that this is cancer. And if anyone else has a story like this, it would be good to hear from you. Even if it turns out you did get cancer. Sharing would just be nice, I guess.
