Jay,

Sorry to read what you are reporting is suspicious however, I believe he will end up doing another biopsy to rule in or rule out more cancer. It could just be irritation. Thus, it is probably a wait until then which is no fun. It's the old one day at a time. Keep posting, someone else may have more insight.

DX 5/6/2008 TAG3 papillary tumor .5 CM in size. 2 TURBS followed by 6 instillations of BCG weekly with a second round of 6 after a 6 week wait.

I had my cystoscopy yesterday and this is what was reported. I am now waiting for the biopsy reports.

There was a regrowth of possible tumor in the previous

resection site. There was also a small lesion in the posterior bladder wall

about 0.5 cm in size.

The doctor said the regrowth could be scar tissue from the first tumor removal? Any thoughts on that or is he trying to give me positive hope? Also, he said that small lesion was more of a rash, is this what people are talking about, "CIS" that can appear as a rash? I probably won't hear from my Urologists with the weekend coming up? I was really hoping the BCG treatments put everything in check! Any thoughts are greatly appreciated as usual!!! Thanks, Jay
