Hello, Lelly. Welcome to the club you probably didn't want to join!
First, take a deep breath. You won't know exactly what you are facing until the tumor is removed and the pathology report comes back. The pathologist will be able to tell whether it is high grade (likely to rapidly spread) or low grade (just sort of sitting there, not doing much.) Size isn't always an indicator of this. The biopsy should also tell whether it is likely that the tumor is still limited to the bladder lining or whether it has gone deeper into the muscle and other layers of tissue.
All those awful thoughts going through your mind are pretty normal (many of us here have been there, done that) but rest assured that that twinge in your big toe is probably NOT cancer
Please feel free to ask any questions you might have and we will try our best to answer them. But again, you won't know anything until the pathology report comes back.
