Getting two types of cancer is like being hit twice by lightening. I take it MSK is best for breast cancer if that is where you are going. Let us know what the plan is. I don't know all that much about breast cancer just three friends who are survivors.
All of them had surgery, chemo and radiation with varying side effects.
If I find an angel you can be sure I'll send her your way so she can sit on your shoulder during this journey.

Well i'm newly diagnosed...but this time with breast cancer. Who says lightening doesn't strike twice? Actually my husbands Grandmother was hit twice by lightening..the real stuff and survived. Once in front of a picture window where it hit a tree in the front and traveled right to her feet to flatten her. The other time through the telephone! She lived to be 98! Probably killed all the cancer in her ya think?
I don't know the pathology yet..will in a couple of days and then i will be off to MSK for my second opinion and treatment.
I suspect i will then change my name to just Pat (that can be male of female right) as most of my female parts are fermenting in a jar somewhere and i will have none left. I must have misused them in the past. The powers that be apparently think i'm not using my time constructively and have thrown another challange at me. I think i'll just take a side trip to Italy.
Just wanted you to know. And has anybody seen my Angel? I loaned her out to someone and i think she got lost on the way back???
