My Uro said he would have results for my next appt. That was one week after surgery. I guess about 5 to 7 days is normal here,

My path reports have been taking 5-7days. My family doc is copied on all reports. So I know the results before I meet with my Uro, which is always 2 weeks from date of TURB or Cysto urine tests. I am lucky because my family doc is one of my golfing buddies, and always calls me the day he has the fax from the lab.

Around it here it is about a week but I have heard of others that it has taken longer. In some cases the pathology comes back sooner but the doctor will have you wait until your next appointment. If this is the case some will ask that they be faxed the result or you could ask your doctor to call you as soon as the get back.
