Hi,
well I'm glad of that you sound a bit more relaxed
It sure isn't because I wanted to be
The things you can do with a Turkey baster :-[
I am a bit confused as I can't see why it hurt :-/
If they had put him onto a double Cath and run 30 - 60 pints of fluid through clearing Cath if she got blocked - it just shouldn't hurt :-/
Constant flow does keep the acidity down, ensures no pressure in the bladder, permits the kidneys to drain without backup - had he been on constant irrigation no such clot would have formed >
So nothing new there then ;D
I sort of remember the day I had my nephrectomy - Lee was in the hospital when they brought me up from recovery and Janet [the sister responsible for me who I have known ever since] said to Lee "Greg's just coming back up onto the ward give me a moment and I'll sort him out a bit and you can come in" - Lee said "I have known him a while I've seen him rough too" :
So Lee came in with Janet and of course I was covered in tapes and drains and blood etc. Janet said "Do you want me to move your head you look a bit uncomfortable/" to which I am told I replied "Only on one condition" Janet was a bit surprised asking what I meant and I said "Only if it is still attached" & Mr. Woodie was interested where his moustache was
I think working in your office on Thanksgiving is, under these circumstances, called displacement activity 8-)
Which is the .gif for 'wish you were here
but perhaps you'd better stick to warm hands ;D - as for the beer NO you never know if you may have to leap in the wheels and all you need now, being stressed AND tired is an auto stop for drink drive :-[
Hey you forget we don't do Thanksgiving in Britain - we weren't dying of indollence and theft as escapees to a foreign land, nor were we dying of famine for lack of sensible effort and because the firast settler in America functioned on a socialist/communist principle which like all communist/socialist principles breeds indollence and dissent :'(
The first successful harvest in America was the year after it was decided to ditch the socialist/communist concepts and permit the settlers have exclusivity of parcels of land each and trade surpluses socialism almost destroyed America as the people starved and it was the capitalism of ownership and trade that only just saved the people in time!
The chocolate box Janet & John style history is as ever very wide of the mark as Politicians put their spin on history and it rarely resembles the truth in the hands of Politicians - well scum always rises >
I am glad that all seems a little less scarey - well done I knew you could deal with it - just know your hands are warm
Did we enjoy our Turkey - more to the point - when did you last eat? :-[
Well done Bubbles
Greg & Lee
