Hi,

well you did say Mrs. Uro was surprised at the size ;)

I guess they all came to have a look ;D

Or was that the size of the tumour because 10cms. seemed unimpressive to me :o

I hope he is now running clear - do keep drinking loads it deffinitely helps and also avoids a build up of clotting which if you don't drink enough can settle with the risk of UTI.

Sounds like it is all OK and Mr. Woodie has had his moment of glory with everyone popping in for a peek just 'cos Mrs. Uro couldn't pop Cath'y' out >:(

Regards,
Greg L-W.

Poor poor attempmt at some feeble humor to follow a really bad day for Hubby. :-/

We went to drop Cath"y" off. It took three times for the nurse to remove her fully. UGH! She didn't defalte it enough the first time and the next two I think hubby was tense due to the pain.

Wait till you hear this....... [smiley=thumbdown.gif]

Okay guys.....there you are sitting there on the edge of the exam table. Front and center. Catheter half in - half out--and TWICE--may I repeat....TWICE.....two different people barged into the exam room and said OOOPPSS and slammed the door. What the F? So maybe now you can see why the tense situation was exacerbated times 10! You have no idea how mad I was. >:(

Anyways got hubby home. He has had quite a bit of bleeding but has urinated three times. After the cath was out the nurse told him if he didn't urinate in 6 hours he should go to the ER to get the catheter replaced. YA OKAY!!! Like this experience made him fond of catheters. :o

I did send an e-mail to the practice manager (who I know personally) and she apologized and sent me a copy of an e-mail she sent out to her staff explaining common courtesy is to knock and wait for a reply before entering ANY closed door.
Duh......
