Becky,
I am obviously not a young female like yourself but I have had multiple recurrences of both papillary and cis within the past 11 months. My doctor did not mention "reseeding" but I have read a bit about it on this forum. At first we (my wife and I) were very worried about the recurrences and of course I was discouraged, but my doc reminded us that, so long as the cancer is non-invasive, we can successfully treat it with BCG or Mitymycin and TURBT procedures without having to face bladder removal.
At first my doctor would not take the time to talk to me, but after I began to educate myself by reading postings on this forum I learned what questions to ask and that helped open up a good dialog with my doctor. Another thing I did was to go online and asked questions of Doctor Lamm, who is a nationally recognized authority on bladder cancer. I shared some of Dr. Lamm's responses with my doctor and he was favorably impressed that I took the time to do research on my disease.
Here is a link where you can ask Dr. Lamm:

These doctors are extremely busy but if they know you have taken the time to educate yourself they are more likely to talk to you and share information.
Good luck on your treatment and please stay in touch with the people on this forum -- you will find support and answers here.
