Anne,

Thank you for your words of "wisdom" to me and I will keep trying, wow to accomplish that even in the dark ;) .

I will keep practicing but I need another hand:blink: You are so right the aim must be perfect.

Thank you Anne for taking the time to make me feel better and to add to my confidence. I have come to far to let this cath. myself get to me.

Glad to be of help! Mind you I think we are in the situation where a girls got to do what a girls got to do if you get my drift?!
On a more practical note I forgot to mention that exhaling whilst inserting can be helpful.
Keep trying - believe me it does get easier! I can be done and dusted in minutes now and can even manage in the dark! Need to aim carefully though!

Again thank you.

Pat,

Thank you for the "Nurse" site and the info on cath.

I tried over the week-end, but I guess it takes practice, which I will do many times a day.

I am thankfull my Pet/Can scan was normal, no cancer, so this cath process I will handle.

This site has been a God send for me, and knowing I am not alone with this neo.
