Didn't know where else to put this question but surely someone will have some ideas for me. I knew that after surgery and when I felt well enough, I would want to do some exercises to get the old abdomen into better shape. It is even worse than I thought because in order to cath these days, I have to stand and bend over and hey, there is just too much skin hangin. It ain't a pretty sight. :(

The doc said I was OK for exercise so I began to do some sit ups...but I just read today in some mag that sit ups and crunches will only create more problems as it will cause the skin to extend more. ??? Anyone care to share their exercise routine with me...one that can tighten up those muscles. Rosebud (my stoma) and i and probably even my spouse would appreciate the info. Thanks, Melodie :)
